Rovelli // Helgoland

I loved Carlo Rovelli’s Reality is Not What it Seems so I jumped to read Helgoland when my friend Matt recommended it.

In this book, Rovelli tries to explain quantum physics by arguing that we can understand Schrodinger’s cat and the Heisenberg uncertainty principle as descriptions of the relationship between the observer and the observed – he presents this as an alternative to a multiverse explanation of these paradoxes.

I found this book very compelling.
